India Battery EPR label latest requirements
On February 24, 2025, the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change of India issued the Revised Version of the Used Battery Management Act 2025. This revision provides an important update to battery Producer Extended Responsibility (EPR) labeling requirements.
