WERCSmart is a product registration database company developed by The Wercs, providing product regulation services for supermarkets in the United States and Canada to facilitate the procurement of products. Retailers and other participants in the WERCSmart program face increasingly complex compliance challenges with federal, state, and local regulations when selling, transporting, storing, or disposing of their products. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) accompanying products often fail to cover the information required to comply with these regulations. WERCSmart helps standardize product data to comply with various regulations.
